What are some of your non-scale victories while using Body Revolution?

1. I've noticed my shoulders are looking more muscular.
2. I have less back fat! Hooray!
3. Before I started BR, I had to change the water on our water cooler at work. Lifting that thing from the floor was hard and winded me. Today I had to do it for the first time since doing BR and it was so easy!!!
4. My grandmother's wedding band used to only fit my pinky finger, now I can get it on my ring finger on my left hand with no problems!

I also found out that I can carry and load the 5 gallon onto the water cooler without any problems. I always freak out my coworkers and clients when I hoist it up. I keep telling them that I can easily handle it.

All I've noticed so far is that I'm taking less and less breaks as the workouts progress. Holding my baby doesn't seem to be as daunting as before either...lol.

My parents own a clothing store and they have a line of shirts that are soooo pretty. Before my breast reduction (4 years ago) I couldn't get one boob in it let alone my whole torso. Then I got them cut off and since then I could barely fit into an XL. They were tight and it just looked bad. I got one for Christmas and its a Large. NOT an extra large! Just a regular @$$ large. YEAH. Fits perfect too!

Also today I walked to Quizno's to get lunch and there is a hill I have to walk up. Before BR, I was always out of breath when I got up the hill, but not today! Not even a little out of breath.

I am a bit annoyed. I have lost quite a few inches, but I've seriously lost .2 lbs in the past month. I know I should be happy with the inches lost and my clothes fitting better, but I'd really like to be down below 200 before the end of this century. SIGH.

Completely understandable!!! I could only imagine what you're going through..how dedicated, committed, and kick *kitten* you are..but the scale is being stubborn. I pray that by the end of phase 2..I see at least 8 lbs lost...it would be nice. more like 10 though lol... but as long as you are seeing physical changes (that's awesome) ..but I can see how being under 200 would feel even better!!

    10 would be awesome!!! lol

I need to clean up my diet. That would probably help me a lot. When I do round 2 of BR I'm going to do her diet plan as well as I can. Some of the foods might be a challenge to find in my town and some just sound gross. lol

to follow JM's diet plan..you have to have a lot of time on your hands. Time which I don't really want to dedicate to making food, that sounds really lazy of me right smdh! Especially with how bad I want to drop these pounds. Most of my free time is spent watching Criminal Minds on TV lol. shame!

Shemar Moore is hot though so it's totally understandable and a legit reason. lol!

I should be starting over Feb. 2nd, as my last day (if I stay on schedule) of this round will be the 31st. I think I'm going to spend Sundays preparing everything for the week. I have that day off, plus I don't workout that day, plus my boyfriend does overtime then so I won't have him around and can get more done. I'm going to make him go on it too. lol I won't tell him its Jillian Michaels stuff because then he won't eat it. He finds her really annoying and hates her pretty much. I told him when I have a rockin' body he's going to write her an apology letter for all the mean things he says. lol

Girl WHAT!! smh! he is definitely a eye pleaser (I don't think that's a word lol ha)

funny you said that, I seem to get a lot more done around the house when my boyfriend isn't home either. I try to get my bf to workout with me, but he thinks JM is full of crap smh. That's okay though. Because when I look like a million bucks, he'll be still sitting on the couch with his tiny pudge smh. ((haha...I just read the last part of your message...I guess our men have that in common lol).....and clearly we think a like :)))

I wonder if not liking Jillian is a man thing. lol When I first started using her DVDs, I bought like 5 or 6 of them at once. My boyfriend was all "she only does this for the money" and "why does she have porn music playing in the background", and then the "does she ever stop talking?". He's finally gotten to the point where he goes to the bedroom and watches a movie or goes in his studio and messes around on his bass. I almost had him doing BR until he watched the first circut of cardio 2. He said he couldn't put up with her for 30 minutes a day. We used to have the same days off and I would NEVER get stuff done. It was nice because we could actually do stuff together and not have to use up vacation time at work (especially since his job never lets him use his) but at least now I can get the bathroom cleaned. lol
