This recipe makes 4 servings. Nutrition Facts: 110 calories, 22 grams carbs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
2 cups light whipped topping
1 sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 cup skim or 1% milk
Combine milk and pudding mix. Add pumpkin and mix together thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping. Serve and enjoy.

FYI, I made this over the weekend, it was delicious. Reminded me of pumpkin pie filling, but not as sweet or the same consistency, but still tasty. Also super easy to make!0

sugar free pudding is not a healthy way to go. contains modified corn starch, [basically sugar] maltodextrin, [basically sugar] aspartame, [dangerous sweetener] BHA [ cancer causing] and many other harmful ingredients. Make your own pudding.0
