Great work everyone!
I came down with the flu (respiratory) last weekend and have been sick all week. Although I hate being sick, it was easier for me to eat less. My appetite is coming back now so I just need to find my balance again. Hopefully I lost more than water weight.

Try chewing gum at night. I try to always chew it when I cook so I don't taste a whole meals worth of calories...lol0 -
