    I did not make it to the gym but did some gentle exercise at home.

    haven't been to the gym this week. I am just not feeling well and today I was too busy anyway. got the parts for the Honda. I will need to have the VW towed to the shop. it's more trouble than my husband wants to fool with. also, I had to grocery shop. my boys eat us out of house and home when school is out.

    No exercise again today. I seem to have a hard time fitting exercise in when my routine is thrown completely off. Thankfully, it's back to normal tomorrow. Woohoo!!
