Please tell me there is a way to take this yogurt and make myself something that resembles ice cream. Without an ice cream maker. Please?

I would think that freezing the yogurt would do something to the beneficial bacteria.
If you haven't tried the frozen banana ice cream,I would highly recommend it.
Overripe bananas, slice.I freeze mine in a baggie.
Food processor, process and you have ice cream. It's amazingAdd in some cinnamon as well.Devine.
Just did a short check and it says ice cream maker to turn it into frozen yogurt

Yes definitely! But as Anjelina said it might impact the beneficial bacteria.

    Here's how we do ours:
300g of your favourite fruit or berries, 500g yoghurt, 45g honey - throw it all in a food processor and go til the fruit is as fine or chunky as you like, freeze it and when you want to eat it, smash it again in food processor to the texture you like - yum!

For a speedy soft serve... use frozen berries :)
