Just so you are all aware, when you look at my diary, I am no longer following SCD. Not strictly, anyway. My colonoscopy result did show improvement in the diseased area, after 5 months of following the diet strictly. I am not giving up, but I am making some adjustments. food depressed
I just want to cry about all the food I can't eat today. And the only thing that would fix it is a carton of pork fried rice. :(
SCD Yogurt
What milk do you use? I've been using full fast while milk, but I'm wondering if I'd lose any nutrition benefits by switching to something with less fat?

Chipotle Problems
I am so bummed. I just scarfed down a chicken bowl from Chipotle. I had searched for it and read that it's legal. No corn salsa. No beans. Just the chicken, three salsas, guac, and cheese.
