Weigh in Information and Starting Weight Posting
For those that are new I wanted to give a little information about weigh ins. There are no hard and fast rules here, this is a support group so you can do what works in your life. Some people like to weigh in weekly while others weigh in monthly. Do what works for you. I will post a weekly weigh in topic, you can post anytime during that week, or you can wait and post on the monthly weigh in topic. Just keep up with your postings. I am posting my starting weight today and you can post your starting weight anytime. What I have done is post my starting weight, Goal weight for the challenge and ultimate goal weight. Once again do whatever works for you. If your uncomfortable posting your weight, just post how much you want to drop and go from there. No judgment here, I will say sometimes actually seeing those numbers on the screen is even more motivating. I truly believe success comes from logging, being accountable and being vocal about your success, your speed bumps and asking questions. Remember everyone is here for the same reason!
