Week 1 Results

Hi guys, I also posted in the initial thread on the Fitness and Exercise Board in case some others were thinking of joining up and to bump the thread. I (mostly) followed the kickstart meal plan and exercise program for the week. My results were -3lb and some measurements down. Weirdly enough my bust size was up but that can vary depending on time of the month. Since 'that time' will be here in about a week, I'm not expecting great results next week (almost invariably go up 5lb for duration).
