So I have started back work sigh... my students have arrived. I got up at 5:30 and made my lunch and breakfast, shown below.
Trying to drink a bottle water with every meal/snack
Breakfast oatmeal with 1/4 banana bottle water
snack - boiled egg white bottle water
lunch- chicken salad, kale mix

Dinner
fish, brown rice and broccoli

Wow great planning!! Today I ate cream of wheat and coffee lunch grilled chicken steamed veggies side salad and an orange with unsweet tea!!0
