This was my Birthday weekend and I fell off but Im back on. My current weight is 230 I gained a pound. So my total weight loss is 2 pounds. Remember there is always another day to get it right. Have a blessed week!!!
Hi guys just wanted to see how everyone is doing. I know we are all busy but I want to encourage everyone to stay on this journey. I know it gets hard sometime but together we can do it!!!! Post any success ideas you have whats working whats not. We ARE in this TOGETHER!!!
I challenge everyone to do something different this week. Whether its giving up soda, exercising 30 minutes a day, Make a goal this week, for a better you!!!

I just went to Academy and purchased some work out equipment. Jumprope, weights, mat... sigh and its all pink. :smiley: I know I'm not on here like I should be but the summer is right around the corner. so lets get it encouragement goes a long way.

Getting to my first 10 lb lose!!! Ok people I am going to share with you I work at a hospital and I spoke with a patient that got the surgery and she shared the pre surgery diet all liquids so I'm trying to do this diet and see how much I can lose... So far pretty good I started on Sunday so today is day 3 and I'm doing good with my sugar and just eating…
Since this is my birthday week super excited turning 36!!! God has been so good to me!!! Eunicezieske I think I too will try liquids and juicing until my birthday. I will post pictures of my drinks. Starting today ending on 29th. Let's not give up summer is around the corner. TEAM HEALTHY
