    And do you have alternative plans when the temptation strikes to have those things? (I find that helps)

    Log my meals
    Weight myself only on Sunday

    I did a mid-week weigh-in and was disappointed to see a 1lb gain... I've been doing really well, too. :( It's a bit of a mental setback today, but I'm working hard to focus on everything I'm doing right. I'm eating good food, I'm within my cal limit, I'm drinking water, and I'm exercising. All good NSV's!
