I finally found the board again! I lost you for a while there...
I'm exercising pretty consistently, eating generous amount of greens once a day, drinking a ton of water... Change is hard for me, so I'm making really small changes once a week. My latest endeavor: I'm going to try to log one meal a day.
What day of the week is Weigh In? Sunday? Well, I missed the 8th but I'll be here on the 15th.

One of my favorite sayings of late: A little often makes much. Isn't that great? It's very encouraging to me as I make very minor changes week by week....0
