So I woke up one morning with a muscle spasm in my neck and could barely move, I was treated with physio and advised to stop lifting until I was better. Even after my physio ended I didn't lift because I was worried about aggravating my neck. Now I'm just really missing it and want to start again. Should I just start over and be super careful with my form?

Double check with the doctor/physio you saw. THey'll know better what your body can handle. If they do clear you to start lifting, I would restart the program allover with beginning weight and make sure your form is on point before progressing.
