I'm so excited to attend my first pride parade in Prague this Saturday. It's only the 4th year they are doing it here, so I'll be out with my friends showing support. I remember when I was 14 and would sneak on the PATCO over to Philly for the pride parade. I'd go alone because my friends and family didn't understand that I liked girls. I have to say, the parade really made me feel accepted for the first time in my life. I just remember being around so many loving people and the warm sun coming down... I hope that this year some other kids that attend can feel the same way.

And I can burn a bunch of calories during the walk and dance at the after party :-D What was your first pride like? If you attend at all?
