    Been having a look at it and it really is a great and informative blog!
    My word - that Channel swim using only butterfly - that was EPIC!

    Wow, I didn't know epic was a synonym for INSANE.

    LOL. Every time I side eye Dover, I think of how much breast stroke I do in my own workouts and wonder if I am as cool as Capt. Webb and could make it across that way.. :)
