Made these Pumpkin cranberry breakfast cookies last night.
    Changes I made
    used regular flour
all pumpkin + 2 more spoonfuls *no applesause
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
makes 30 small dense cookies. ~75 calories per cookie

Not too sweet but excellent with a cup of hot tea. Even my kids loved them.

    Fruit Salad

1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip (you can use light also)
Fresh fruit, or canned but with light or natural juices
(I use mandarin oranges in can, fresh strawberries, fresh kiwis, fresh bananas, 1 can fruit cocktail)
drain the juice from the cans
put everything in a bowl and mix the cool whip in it.

Sometimes if I have extra calories for the day I add some marshmallows in it

    very filling and yummy!

    Jello delight

1 or 2 packages or Sugar Free Jello (any flavor you want)
1 container Fat Free or light Cool Whip

Make jello as directed, after it is done in refridge, cut up in squares,
or you can just mash it. Mix in large bowl with the cool whip.

Refreshing with fresh fruit, bananas, strawberries.

    Yogurt Pie

2 containers of Fat Free or light yogurt any flavor you want
1 graham cracker crust (I use chocolate)
1 container of Fat Free or light cool whip

Mix the yogurt with the cool whip in bowl, pour into the pie crust. You could eat right away,
or put in freezer for about 1/2 hour to an hour for more thicker pie.

chop an apple, spoonful of splenda, some cinnamon/other spices to your preference. Pop into microwave for 3 minutes. Open a 1/2 whole wheat pita, bake in toaster oven 5-10 minutes. Healthy apple pie!!!

Baked apples - slice an apple in half, dust the top with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar, and bake for 15-20 mins. It should be lovely and fluffy!

    We call this fluff

1 pkg any flavor sugar free pudding
    1 container lite cool whip

all any extras that will compliment your pudding flavor.

we have used vanilla with oranges or peaches
chocolate with a few crumbled cookies and marshmallows
lemon with a can of pineapple
    banana with dark chocolate chips

usually I enter that this serves 6 people and it comes in under 200 cals
