    So 4.2 pounds! Not sure if most of that is water or not, but I'll continue what I'm doing and see how it goes next week. At any rate that's a good start to the challenge! Good luck with your weigh-ins everyone!

    Down 3.9lbs in one week.

    Also started training for a half marathon on Jan 1st, race is March 7th. Out running every day which is probably helping a lot. Contacting a charity to run it for them has kinda forced my arm and made me really commit to it, which is good! The charity is Autism Ireland, I might include the donations link in a future post if nobody minds? I don't expect anything from anyone here but just in case someone feels like they want to donate a little, it's a really great charity.

    I've been struggling a bit. Hit my lowest point at 175 back in December but between various issues, oversleeping, not enough exercise, and a bit too much drinking, came back up some and kinda been on a bit of a plateau. Areas for improvement; I've been trying to break bad habits, mainly getting into junk food on weekends. What to do as a group; I like the exercise challenge idea. I may have to get onto that soon. I'd be interested in seeing some sort of discussion for those of us with depression, binging, or substance abuse issues.

    Here is my WEEKLY progress Thurs 1/8:
    I learned this format from the 20 pounds by Christmas Challenge and it helped me tremendously, so I will continue using what works! Mini-Goals are fantastic....much less overwhelming for me.

    Start weight: 211 (as of 8/12/2014 when started back on MFP again)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 125 -135

    Lbs to Lose by Easter: 20...(3.5 pounds lost so far for this Challenge)
    Goal Weight for this Challenge: 172

    09/29 (Started INSANITY Workout)

    01/01: 192.0...gain from holiday indulgence >:)
    01/08: 188.5...I don’t expect 3.5# per wk in future-back on track o:)

    .1kg (.2lbs) loss.
    Not really happy with the weight, but I'm happy with what I'm seeing! Better posture and less bloating. I'll be posting my Day 10 pictures on my blog for my 30 Day Challenge tonight. I'll see if there's any difference then. Trying to keep positive with this depressing number...

    2.8lbs lost so far! I've been diligently tracking my calories and drinking half to 3/4 of a gallon of water per day. Exercise is limited until I go back to school due to not having a gym where my folks live. But i did decide to participate in a 5k this spring! Having a goal in mind will help me get to the gym.

    @tanashai You are fine. The weigh-in covers a week time period so that folks who always weigh-in on a certain day, can continue to weigh-in on that same day.

    This week's weigh-in is anytime today, Jan 8th, through Wednesday, Jan 14th.

    1.4 this week. I'll take it. I have a metabolic disorder, so weight loss is typically slow for me. So, I was thrilled with this!
