Extra calories for BF?

is there a way to factor in extra calories burnt from breastfeeding ? Thanks!

    Hi! Some women add it in as an exercise (ie breastfeeding, 500 cal). I manually changed my calorie goal to account for nursing. For example, my goal is 2000. So far (since Monday) I have lost weight and my supply is the same...but I'll see if I need to adjust it as I go :)
