I just created a Facebook accountability group for my challengers and I encourage them to take before/after pictures and measurements. Don't feel like you HAVE to share your information here, but I hope you record them for your own reference so you can see ALL of the changes you are making, not just weight! Feel free to share your progress below in this thread...I'm going to post my before pictures and measurements. I'll do them again at 30 days then 60 days. ^_^

I'll post my before and after pictures at the end, but thought I'd post my first week's progress since I'm so excited about it! I finished all of the workouts and followed the 7 day restricted meal plan 85% of the time.
Starting weight 12/28: 181; Chest: 38.5, Waist: 32, Hips: 40.25, Right Thigh: 25.5, Left Thigh: 24.5, Biceps: 11.25.
Current weight: 175.4; Chest: 38, Waist: 30.75, Hips: 39.8, Right Thigh: 24.5, Left Thigh: 23.75, Biceps: 11.
That's 5.6 pounds and 4.25" down! I'm so happy and hopeful that this is the right solution for me to slim down and tone up
Now I'm just trying to figure out what meal plan to follow. The nutrition guide suggests 2100 calories based on my weight, but I'm not sure I can even eat that much. I'm used to a 1500 calorie diet so I may start with that and go up to the 1800 if I find that I'm hungry.
I'm excited to see everyone else's results and am curious if the first week went as well for you too!0 -
That's great progress Becky!! I feel the same way about the nutrition guide. I'm doing 1600 calories since that's what I'm used to haha. But definitely listen to your body and fuel it if necessary! I'm down 5.3 pounds this week! No inches lost, but definitely toning up the areas that need it :-) Good enough for me haha0

Thank you! Yeah, we'll see how it goes and I'll tweak as necessary. That's awesome progress! The inches will come - I'm sure mine was mainly water weight, but I'll take it!0

I'm on day 22, and I'm down 2 lbs. That's crazy how you guys have already dropped that amount of weight! That's awesome, congrats!! I feel like I've hit a plateau and I am just starting to shake it. Not sure if I have lost inches yet though, wont know that until day 30. I typically drop inches a lot quicker then pounds so I hope that's the case this time too!0
