I'm starting Combat back up! Well, three days a week that is...I'm going to pair it with Body Beast. Anyone still doing it?!
I work for a gym but in Head office, started 3 months ago and visit sites regular which is great as I get to do my favourite thing Combat…for free! Also have DVDs so can do at home….but I haven't been but theres no time like the present to start xxxx My next class is tomorrow at 7:30 - can't wait!

Gonna do a workout today and tomorrow still, then skiing on Saturday, so that I can stay in shape for Extreme starting Monday, but finished with Combat! Ended up losing 1/2 inch and almost 9 pounds, but I can definitely see more tone in lots of areas. Pleasure working alongside of all of you :-)

hey guys, so I just got done doing Shock Plyo and OMG this workout is just so much harder for me to do than the other ones. I run out of air really fast and have to stop or do low intensity. My throat and chest hurt sometimes from breathing in cold air so fast. Anyone else in the same boat??
