Correct Calories?

I know I'm toning and building muscle, but I haven't lost any weight since those first three days. I know some more of you were having this issue, so I was looking into what might be the reason. Are you others following the recommended calories? I'm at 168, which means I should be eating in the 2100 calorie bracket. I've been eating about 1600 most days. There's no way I can eat 2100 calories. I ate that for the 21 Day Fix when I started this journey, but I was also 215 pounds then and I know my body needed more fuel. Do you think I should jump up and eat 1800 calories for awhile and see if that's what my body needs? I want to start running or doing long walks at least 3x a week, so I figure my body will need it even more then. I'm not really concerned about the scale, but I just really want to reach 50 pounds loss by my one year weight loss anniversary!

I'd say try 1800 calories and see how your body reacts, I don't know how 21 day fix workouts were in intensity compared to combat but maybe you need more in order to fuel these workouts? Or maybe you have less to lose so it's taken a little more to get rid o those last few pounds? I know that I am losing inches a lot quicker then pounds on this program, which seems to be typical for me. I eat between 1200-1600 calories depending on the day. I have a hard time eating 1800-2100 like it wants me to.0
