Could someone update me on the ss? I can't edit with the iPad. No progress yet for me, but I was pretty sore from a new workout so I hope I'm just retaining water in sore muscles.

Wahoo I didn't realize I can enter my numbers on the spreadsheet! SO cool...and 4.7 pounds down. Spreadsheet magic for those of us non computer types! I have a kind of geeky question. Is it possible to tally total pounds lost each weigh in week and post? I would like to know how we are doing as a group! Nothing more motivating than seeing success
