I met yesterday's goals (*)

Today's goals are to go for a walk; be mindful about my eating; read.

I probably won't be on the forum over the weekend so my goals will be to go for a walk each day and to be mindful about my eating.

    1) Plan out my meals for the day (*)
    2) Stay within my calories (*)
    3) Exercise (walk on my lunch break) 32 mins (*)
    4) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water (*)
    5) Make dinner for the family (*)

    Today's Goals:
    1) Plan out my meals for the day
    2) Stay within my calories
    3) Exercise (walk on my lunch break)
    4) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water
    5) Make dinner for the family
    6) Enjoy family movie night

    Had a great day yesterday over all. I am energized about starting a new workout DVD this weekend. :D

    Hmm, this month I seem to be back to doing well with the food and water and overall calories, but struggling with the exercise, especially cardio, and sleep. The two are related, since I'm stressing in other areas of life and trying to give myself a break on workouts or feeling guilty if I don't do a planned workout until I catch up on rest a bit. I'm hoping next week will be more normal and that today through Sunday will also be good workout days.

    Overall, my plan for the week was to bring lunch 4 of 5 days, and it looks like it will be 3 of 5, since I had a business-related lunch one day (dealt with easily enough) and decided to participate in our fun every-other Friday workplace lunch today. The fare for that is unknown and varies a lot--sometimes lots of healthy options, sometimes Giordano's or Maggiano's (both of which can be worked with, but not precisely on plan). My goals today:

    1) Do weights and pilates class
    2) Don't overeat at lunch
    3) Stay within calories overall and meet my macros
    4) Do my pre bed journaling, examen, and all that
    5) go to bed at a reasonable hour and get at least 6 hours of sleep

    i did complete my goals yesterday so today my goals are:

    1. Drink 8 cups of water
    2. bring in wood
    3. fold laundry ( i hate laundry so i have been slacking)
    4. do dishes
    5. get hubby ready for guards for am
    6. stay withing goals today for carbs and calories...

    Most important stay positive. Went off the road this morning was super late to work hate myself for going off...but no damage to the car just the bill from having to be towed out..

    I did so-so with my goals yesterday: I had a good logging day and was below my calorie goal (but not by much, so I didn't succeed in creating a bigger deficit), and I drank enough water and tea to flush everything that needed to go.

    But I completely choked my evening workout. We finished our dinner late, and I had to debone a leg of lamb for tonight's dinner, and I also needed to pack my bag and my lunches (breakfast and lunch) for today's at work, so I skipped the workout. I went for a walk instead and managed to burn, like, 100 cals, but it was not like the real deal.

    Here are the goals for today

    1) Log accurately and log dinner, even if it's a treat meal and I will likely be over my calorie goal (but under maintenance).
    2) Exercise - DONE! I did Workout B from Stronglifts 5 x 5 and I added 15 min. on the elliptical.
    3) Don't go overboard with the wine and the bourbon tonight

    Goals for the weekend

    1) Try to follow my usual eating routine instead of having some disordered eating time.
    2) Exercise both day, with a light workout on sunday.
    3) Cook two dinner in advance, so I won't be tempted to skip workouts.

    Today I plan on
    1) go shopping
    2) drink plenty of water( I always drink less when I have a day off so I want make a more concentrated effort today)
    3) log my food
    4)put laundry away
    5) take vitamins
    6) Date night with my 14yr old son:)
    7) take my dog for a walk
    8)go for run(I want to run 12 miles this week. I am at 5 so 7 more to go)

    Ugh, sorry to hear this. Glad there was no damage and you weren't hurt.

    ya I am glad in the end i was ok and the car was ok so that is good. I was a foot from a tree so that is good.

    1.. Keep foods within calorie allotment.

    2.. Drink my water

    3.. Get in a cardio workout at least 20 min. long

    4.. Clean the house

    5.. Get 15k steps on my fit bit

    6.. NO WINE !!!
