    1) I tracked everything-yes
    2) I was under my calorie limit- yes
    3) I was active for 20 minutes-yes-35 minute Zumba DVD. Stuck at home!

    Oops forgot to post this morning so for Jan 8th:

    Tracked? Yes
    Calories? Yes - actually way too under considering all the exercise but I wasn't hungry/was too busy!
    Exercise? YES! 1hr15 Zumba + 1 hr cycling around to get there/back!

    No - ate later the normal and the calories went over.

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yup :smile: (though went over in carbs which I am not happy about)
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yup 22min workout and a nice 30ishmin walk with my fiance.

    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, some stretching and walking.

    Today was a rough day. I had a terrible migraine, and I find myself wanting really craving junk food when I'm not feeling well. But, I made good choices and stayed under my calories.

    Tracked everything. Under calorie limit.

    Slight cold - was going to do only a 20 min walk and ended up burning 240 calories doing 40 minutes of Walking

    ...then made myself a pretty good Saturday breakfast...BREAKFAST: Egg Busters, 1/4 cup; Driscoll - Raspberries, 1.5 oz ); Sweet Baby Peppers -1 oz; Country Kitchen - Light Oatmeal Bread, 0.5 slices; Seasoned quinoa, tomato & feta cheese, 0.2 g; Fat Free American Cheese, 0.5 slice; TOTAL CALORIES: 160

    Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES, on top of that i quick add 50% extra calories to my daily calories consume just in case some data are incorrect and FYI fat that less than 5g can be considered as 0g fat.

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES, i do not care about my maintenance calories i just keep my calories range in between 12-15

    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, i spend 1 hour weight lift everyday and still i put my activity level as sedentary.

    The QM2 photo was from July when I lost my first 100 pounds (Here are a few photos of our on-board restaurant, lobby & NYC street scene)…there is a part 2 coming up when I reach goal.
