Hi guys,
For those who are interested, please join us for a weekly weigh in and other awesome group activities to keep us on track and accountable throughout our journey.
Weigh in day is Sunday and we're using metric measurements (convert pounds on Google or by dividing pounds by 2.2 to get to kg conversion)
We're tracking the following (please choose only what applies to you):
1. Weight (Wt)
2. Waist circumference (WC)
3. Hip circumference (HC)
4. Body water % (BW)
5. Body muscle % (BM)
6. Body fat % (BF)

Ok, I'll go first I guess...
Weight - 118.3 kg
WC - 109.0 cm
HC - 139.0 cm
BW - 40.3%
BM - 28.9%
BF - 45.3%
Loss (3.8kg, 0.2% fat and gained 0.3% water in 2 weeks)
* I start my first week of exercise tonight - I hope it'll make a difference to my results for next week!0
