    Was tired last night with rowing and strength training. Weekend's coming, so I can put some miles in and hopefully outside.

    It counts for a workout and the fun factor:) I discovered cross country skiing last winter and fell in love. I swear it got me through the worst winter ever. Even snatched up clothes at the end of the season to wear this year. Sure enough I tore the ACL and skiing isn't possible. Waaaaaa :'(

    It was too darn cold out yesterday for me to do miles outside so the treadmill happened. In keeping with Infinikitty's post, I would love to count the 60 minutes of shoveling heavy snow. My back is feeling better this morning. Thought I destroyed it

    I gotta get out tomorrow and get the rest of my mileage this week done. I hate that I'm counting skiing and not getting out to walk/run, but with meetings Sunday, yesterday, and today, I don't have time to do anything in the daylight besides my regular Combat video that I do daily. I promise I'll do better next week! I'm going to start walking or running on my Combat rest days (Thursday & Sunday) regardless! I've got races coming up, eek.

    I'm hoping that once the run interval time picks up on the c25k program I will get more than the minimum mileage in.

    Not a good week for me. Luckily I did try to make sure I was at least walking some extra.

    1/8: walked a mile
    1/9: walked a mile
    1/10: none
    1/11: walked 2 miles
    1/12: none
    1/13: ran 3 miles

    Total: 7 miles

    (Hoping it won't be so hard this next week.)
