It counts for a workout and the fun factor:) I discovered cross country skiing last winter and fell in love. I swear it got me through the worst winter ever. Even snatched up clothes at the end of the season to wear this year. Sure enough I tore the ACL and skiing isn't possible. Waaaaaa

I gotta get out tomorrow and get the rest of my mileage this week done. I hate that I'm counting skiing and not getting out to walk/run, but with meetings Sunday, yesterday, and today, I don't have time to do anything in the daylight besides my regular Combat video that I do daily. I promise I'll do better next week! I'm going to start walking or running on my Combat rest days (Thursday & Sunday) regardless! I've got races coming up, eek.0
