I'm all for motivation! Let's hear your goals and NSV's.

Here are my top goals at the moment:

1. Lose 40-50 lbs to reach my goal weight!
2. Run/jog a 5 K this summer!
3. Fit in an old pair of jeans I found from 10 years ago. They were my favorite jeans! Not sure if my body after having 2 kids will be the same but I'm going to try.
4. Get professional pictures done of my kids and some with me actually in them. I avoid pictures right now.

My goal this month is to have my jeans a little less snug and lose a few inches from my stomach. To work out at least 3 days a week.

Hopefully by summer be down 17lbs before my family reunion. I also want to run a 5k in the fall.

My goal is 65 kg (total weight... Which is like 15 lbs from where I am at).

That and 99% compliance with eating according to my plan.

My goal is to get up and not be in pain. To control autoimmune disorders...So, reduce inflammation, oil the joints...increase activity, and feel younger...as I grow older.

    My current goals are:
    1) lose 13 lbs by April first (putting me at 155lbs for the first time since I had my son)
    2) start exercising consistently again

When I first started the LCHF woe, I find it really hard to work out. Then as I adjusted to it, the weather got really cold and then...the dreaded holidays! So I never go to the point where I felt I was eating the right way (for me) and able to exercise.

    My NSVs...
    1) I stopped following LCHF over the holidays and gained 8 lbs. Since January 1st, I've dropped 6 lbs.
    2) I started exercising this morning with (a very short) ab/core workout

    Goals:
    1. Lose at least 30 lbs by my birthday (March 25)
    2. Stay within my macros every day (give or take a couple percentage points)
    3. Never go more than 5 calories above my daily goal

    NSVs:
    1. My clothes fit better (some even lose)
    2. I have more energy
    3. I sleep better
    4. I feel full a lot longer
    5. I have been taking progress pics every few days and I am continuing to see a change in my belly area which is the biggest problem area

Long term is to be able to take a shower with out turning off the light.

To fit into the same pile of jeans every one else has in their closet.

I never thought I would be so happy to see wrinkles forming on my upper arms.

I would like to lose 2 pounds a week consistently to be able to go skydiving with my son for his 18th birthday.
I have a goal to eat homemade meals to help with weight loss and to make my bank account fat. The extra money that would go toward eating out will be used for a family vacation in October!

NSV's: my jeans are falling off my hips, my energy is really high, I have the energy to cook!

I'm really liking hear all these victories. It's the seemingly insignificant things that can really boost you up.

For the first time in history.... I had a coffee with no sugar and half the sweetener!!!! B)

Now to wean myself off the sweetener. :p
