I'm all for motivation! Let's hear your goals and NSV's.
Here are my top goals at the moment:
1. Lose 40-50 lbs to reach my goal weight!
2. Run/jog a 5 K this summer!
3. Fit in an old pair of jeans I found from 10 years ago. They were my favorite jeans! Not sure if my body after having 2 kids will be the same but I'm going to try.
4. Get professional pictures done of my kids and some with me actually in them. I avoid pictures right now.

My current goals are:
1) lose 13 lbs by April first (putting me at 155lbs for the first time since I had my son)
2) start exercising consistently again
When I first started the LCHF woe, I find it really hard to work out. Then as I adjusted to it, the weather got really cold and then...the dreaded holidays! So I never go to the point where I felt I was eating the right way (for me) and able to exercise.
My NSVs...
1) I stopped following LCHF over the holidays and gained 8 lbs. Since January 1st, I've dropped 6 lbs.
2) I started exercising this morning with (a very short) ab/core workout0 -

I'm really liking hear all these victories. It's the seemingly insignificant things that can really boost you up.
For the first time in history.... I had a coffee with no sugar and half the sweetener!!!!
Now to wean myself off the sweetener.0
