Hi all, My name is Santos and I'm 43, 5 ft 10 and 13 stone. Started my clean eating 10 days ago. My maintenance calories is 2300-2400 C. Hoping to lose some belly fat and build some muscle. Basically cycling my cals with high on training days and lowish on off days. My macro split is 40.40.20. So far so good lost two pounds, but I'm doing the strong lift starting strength program. I'm thinking I'll probably only maintain my muscles and burn some fat. Any suggestions to add for my goals do u think?

Hi, I started with the new year too! I am walking as my exercise. I have given up my scales as I can get obsessed with my weight, I'd rather concentrate on how I look and feel, and so far it is all good. I would like to get back into my uk size 12's.0
