Weighed 164.8 this morning. That's 1.4 pounds for the week. A proper start to my goal, but maybe I could do better this week. I'd like to lose 2 pounds a week.0

I think I posted my weight wrong last week. I weighed 216 on the 6th, and 213 on the 13th... so 3 whole pounds. (my official weigh in days are Sunday, have been for years. I'm so pumped up, I've been able to do so much more walking and gym time this last week. I want to be in onederland sooooo bad, haven't been there for nearly 27 years.0
