Hi my name is Priscilla, I'm 5'9 and weigh 186. I want to get to 150. Any advice? I'm trying to at at within my suggested calorie intake and working out. So far I've lost 3.2 lbs in 1 week. It's hard. But i really want to succeed at this (*)

    Hey Priscilla it sounds like you are on track. I have a lot to lose and yes it is very hard, but together we can get this done. Look forward to getting to know you.
