    Tough workout, even doing Daniel's lower impact modifications. I really do despise HIIT :\ ...
    Good to get back into it though and very excited for them to have announced their third full Busy People Program coming on November 2nd!

    Well today was better than yesterday as far as my energy throughout this workout. Focus was on arms, thankfully as my legs are feeling it from yesterday still! Glad to have completed 2 days in a row! Onto Day 3...

    Planning on doing this one today... Days 4 and 5 for me were 14 hour work days so I didn't make the time... Yoga blend, it will be a nice workout for my lazy Sunday I have planned!
