conflicting thoughts - new year resolution

Its almost New Years... the time when I make my new resolutions which usually include weight loss. I want to lose 20 pounds. I hate exercising and would rather just restrict my eating. That usually leads me back down the slipper slope of relapsing. I would love to have more support out there to encourage me to stay on a healthy track of dieting. This time I am going to try paleo diet to see if that makes any difference. Feel free to add me.

  • Hi, I tried Paleo last summer and lost over 20 pounds in just a few weeks. So I continued it, as some experts recommend it, as a lifestyle instead of a diet. In my case, the weight also stayed of. The meal planning really helped me. I'm trying to get back on track now.
