How are things going with your fitness and food tracking?

  • I haven't tracked my food before so I've had to set reminders on my phone! But I've become more conscious about what I am eating during the day. One thing that I noticed is that I eat more in the evening because during the day I'm going non stop. I'll binge at dinner because I'm starving. Now I'm trying to incorporate more small snacks and water throughout the day so that I'm not so hungry!
  • That is a huge part of my problem....my evenings. I can control that day time..but at night I eat more. I have incorporated more water into my diet.
