Hi im new and need motivation! Does any one know of any weight loss challenges that have just started ?

    Hi, im new here as well. I did a 7 day challenge and last week and lost 4.9 lbs on it.
  • There's a 10 pound challenge by valentines day on the other board in forty and fabulous,

    Hello all. Doing a challenge is a great idea. How do I find them? The little extra motivation can go a long way. And do you only use the app or a computer? Thanks.

    Your always welcome to add me if want someone that is active towards friends. If you like to walk as a part of your exercise rutine I would recomend the Group 100 Mile Monthly Walking Challenges. That have at least helped me to get up and moving every day :smile:

    Kia Ora I am a newbie here too. Turned 46 a few weeks ago and realised that I'm a beached whale and need to do some serious but steady weight loss, dietary changes, and exercise. 41 kgs in 52 weeks is my goal. So far so good. 3kg in 3 weeks. If I can do a kg a week on average I'll be happy. I've also started my own blog http://abeachedwhale.blogspot.co.nz and am finding it really helpful. It's a no holes barred look at myself and what I'm going through

    I was reading something on some internet site that said - if you want to get motivated, walk around your house in your underwear as often as you can. I can see that being a motivation - unless you have children, close neighbors, etc....
