Hey guys!
I'm totally new to T25. My husband and I are a week and a half in. I was wondering what you are logging workouts as. Thanks pals!

I've been doing it a circuit training. I know people with Fitbit or other monitors log it as T25 and put in the calories it says they burned. It's probably more accurate than what I do but what I'm doing is working for now!0

I created my own exercise and added the calories/time from my heart rate monitor0

I've been putting it in as high impact aerobics...cardio/speed/tbc days I say 25 minutes but legs and abs I say 20 minutes. I have no idea if this is accurate tho!0

good question, I put it in as make your own Cardio. I have a heart rate and calorie counter watch (Polar) so i use that as information to input.0

I have runkeeper connect to fitnesspal so when I log any type of workout on runkeeper it calculates the calorie burn and then it appears on myfitness pal0
