Hey guys! I'm totally new to T25. My husband and I are a week and a half in. I was wondering what you are logging workouts as. Thanks pals!
Calculating Calories Burned During Alpha Phase
Hi, all! Does anyone have a recommendation on how to count calories burned during the T25 Alpha phase? I have counted 100 calories per session to date, but would like it to be correct. Thanks!

Where are you with T-25? Day 1? Best way to keep us on track... ideas? Weekly stat checkin? (measurements, weight)
What we eat
Are you all following the meal guide, or dieting as well? I hate to diet so I'm just trying to make healthy choices or at least be mindful of portions and logging everything in mfp to stay under calorie goal. But I'm not seeing improvement. I wonder if what I'm doing isn't enough?

I just did day 1 week 1 of alpha today. I did t25 alpha and beta cycle 6month pp and had awesome results. (Shows in my profile picture) I'm hoping to get more toned this time around and lower body fat %. Let's do this!:)
Two-a-days?
Is anyone doing two workouts a day? morning and evening? or using in conjunction with another workout (insanity or P90X for example)?
