hey, new to this group only just signed up. I didn't even realise there was a group for crossfit. Anyway been doing it for about a year and a half now not trained in a month easing back into it but I've lost a lot of strength and totally gutted about that

I maintain on 2800. I'm at around 2300 right now and am losing about a pound a week. I eat lower carb (about 100-125 grams net) on rest days.0
