New to the group so thought I would say hi.
Going to lose 100+lbs (notice the positive thinking. feel free to add me.

I'm using meal replacement from USN and salads for dinner. Spoke to the doctors gave the ok to drop my in take to 1500 calories a day.

Paid my gym membership to go 3 times a week.

Let the fun begin.
