I had my first fasting glucose lab test Monday. It was 95 My triglycerides had been very high and they are much better. Everything is moving in the right direction.

  thanks. I know a lot of it is the medicine, but I am so glad it is working and the changes I have made do help

  That gives me hope that my sugars will continue to drop. I've been on Metformin for a little over a week and the best I've had so far is 140. Congrats!
