Hi,
Last year I had my first baby and gained 56lbs. I lost all but 12 in the first 4 months. By baby is now 16m and I have started to slow down on BF and noticed that I gained 15lbs.
My anniversary is Feb 22 so I want it all gone. I know someone that did no sugar for 2weeks and lost 12lbs (no bread, pasta, potatoes, cake, fruit..ext)
I am looking for someone to join me starting 1/16/15-02/16/15 with NO SUGAR. Not even natural sugar. We can swap meals and ideals for the month

I wouldn't recommend that. I did it for a while and you lose weight rapidly but it's an unsustainable diet and the weight returns with a vengeance. Also, it's not good on your body. I don't have sugar as much as possible but carb cycling is far better than zero carbs.0
