week 3 over!!! yay! cardio done. might do some additional cardio later if i get a chance esp bcuz theres too many ppl at my house (they keep feeding me!) and too much temptation (lots and lots of indian food!). excited for my party day tomorrow and for a rest day (finally) on sunday. and then on to week 4!

That three weeks went by fast. The scale shows no weight loss but my clothes are feeling looser and I feel stronger then I did on my first day. Bring it on, week 40

I am using today as a rest day. My knees and shins are protesting and the last time I pushed through these kinds of injury, I ended up at my doctor's office. I will try to do the cardio tomorrow and modify the jumping moves.
Jillian's workouts always do this to me. I should know that at my age, I shouldn't be jumping even when she says that 400 pound people can do it.

I'm getting ready for it. I'm still sore from workout 3 and 4.0

Done! And for the first time I confidently made it through the whole thing without feeling like I needed to stop. Bring it on week 4!0

Done with workout 4 today - I'm doing cardio tomorrow for Day 7 this week. I hope I'm not feeling too stiff, but I'll likely hit the treadmill instead of doing the video.0
