3 Accountability Questions: Week of Jan. 18 - 24

For those of you who want to participate in the accountability questions, challenge yourself to answer the following 3 questions at the end of every day --

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?
Were you active for at least 20 minutes?

Please continue to post even if your answer is no, but use this thread as motivation to get to more yesses. Since the challenge has officially started, at the end of the week I will give a shout-out to those who posted every day and to those who were able to say YES to all the questions every day.

    Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? Yes, I'm fairly certain I didn't miss anything.
    Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes, although not the best food choices admittedly.
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? No.

    Wasn't feeling well, but still ended up doing pretty well (the gorgeous weather, well, for winter, helped)

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes--was lower than I like due to aforementioned not feeling well

    All 3 recorded yesterday. This morning - burned 236 calories doing 40 minutes of Walking, 3.1 mph

    I originally didnt enter my food for the day, but after posting and thinking about how i was slacking lately; I went back and entered food....this is definitely, helping me stay accountable...thanks all.

    Yes, I did 21 day fix total body cardio. It was 30 minutes of torture. I'm looking forward to when I can do it with ease.

    overall it was not a good day, but I will make up for it today :)

    I started off keeping track of my calories but was feeling a little sick later in the day and decided to boost my calorie intake to see if that helped me feel better. I may need to try to eat more calories toward the beginning of the day, as I usually consume way more at the end of the day.

    Over the weekend I didn't track or get much activity in. I was visiting family and fell on the ice. Today I aim to track and stay under my calorie limit - I'll have to check in tomorrow to share how I did.
