2nd week goals

Hello everyone I'm sorry I have not postedin a ccouple of days but tomorrow is a new week so new week new goals.. so this week I need to start walking or start some exercise...so I am going to start exercises today

I'm hoping to start an exercise schedule the 3rd week0

I am going to try and comit to working out 3X this coming week for 30 minutes. It will be the first time in a long time I have formally exercised. Weather permitting, I will also try to grab some 5 minute quick walks back and forth to my car at work.0

That sounds like some really good goals...I think I am going to try to go to gym at least 4-5 times this week, and maybe to the park at least once. My main thing is to watch my nutrition!0
