    For those who are new to the group, please remember to add your name to the bottom of the spreadsheet list so that the coding formulas are preserved. We will take care of alphabetizing it.

    Once the initial starting info is entered, the only future entry needed is for you to enter your weigh-in into the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the losses. Please do not manually enter gains/losses, as it erases the coding formulas.

    Can I join please?

    Will be 40 at the end of April & have been faffing around for the last couple of years, losing, gaining, losing a bit more.. Managed to lose 36lbs last year & need to shift another 60 this year but I most certainly want at least 20 off by end of April.

    I was looking at the spreadsheet as I find it very motivating to see the pounds lost increasing. I noticed that under the heading "challenge lost" or something similar the pounds lost have reduced significantly. So I had a look around and the numbers of user "trailsrock" look very wrong to me. Something about -206. No one puts on 206 lbs or am I incorrect?

    I entered the 206 in week 1 also, it fixed the loss.

    Hi everyone! I just found the group but can use some support and accountability! I had lost 70 pounds but slowly put about 20 back on.
