Adding fat without adding carbs?

Options
I need some easy ways to add fat without adding carbs. I thought of milk, but that doesn't seem to be a viable option. Thoughts, recipes? I use protein drinks for on the go meals, so not much fat there. I love cheese, but I can't just blindly eat it.

Google "fat bombs" and there will be lots of recipe ideas. I was struggling with getting appropriate levels of fats without corresponding proteins and have used these as supplements. Bonus, the generally feel like an indulgence!

Double (heavy) cream, sour cream, butter. Add them to whatever you can.

Cream in hot drinks, sour cream as a salad dressing, cook with butter, pour melted butter over your meat and vegetables. Make sauces like hollandaise and alfredo to have with your food. French cooking involves a lot of high fat sauces with no carbs.

    Trade the following:

Low fat or skim milk for whole milk or cream
Fat free ranch dressing for full fat ranch dressing
High sugar fruits (oranges, etc) for low sugar fruits (berries, etc)

Drop or greatly reduce the following:

    Tortillas
    Tortilla chips
    Cookies
    Danishes
    Croutons

Eat more cheese. Seriously. If your log is accurate, you're not eating enough in general. You pretty much have free range to....well...eat. Seriously.

Also, eat more of the following:

    Mayo
    Butter
    Coconut oil
    Fatty meat cuts
    Cheese
    Cream

Good quality, preferably organic coconut oil is easily added to most dishes. If you use clear broths it can also be added to that.

Coconut oil is my go to fat. I add it to coffee and green tea.
