2015- EAT MY DUST: Weigh in - WEEK 2 (w/c 22 Jan)
Looks like Gona has gone AWOL or been otherwise distracted and not weighed in yet and therefore didn't post the week 2 topic yet this week, so as my weigh in's are on Thursdays I am sure Gona will not mind me helping out like before and creating the weekly weigh in threads on Thursdays (as that is my weigh in day) so no excuses for anyone not to update weekly as I think you all weigh in after me anyway!
No change for me as I was scale-less through being up-country last week and not weighing & posting my Week 1 weight until yesterday so was not expecting much of a loss in 24 hours. I hope to do better by next Thursday's weigh in as I have a week to eat and work out to make a dent in the scales by then! Hope you all do better.
Don't forget to add just one line of an update and one line of motivating encouragement here for others who weighed in before you this week or after you last week and may need a kind word. Please keep it to a couple of lines to keep this thread tidy and about weigh-ins (Not like my diatribe this week), however, if you want to write a lot more or just chat in general about this group or anything else then you can write as much as you like in the "EAT MY DUST: Part 1 - Chat, tips, advice, encouragement (Wk 1-4)" discussion thread here:- http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10053841/2015-eat-my-dust-part-1-chat-tips-advice-encouragement-wk-1-4#Item_12
Hope you all did well this week and can show it below. Remember this is not a race and not a competition, just a habit forming and learning experience for you as an individual so the only real competition you have is with yourself so be honest and not afraid to post gains if you have a bad week as you will see we all do from time to time! Aim to eat properly (and enough) and exercise regularly to achieve a healthy 0.5 to 2.0 lbs a week loss to help avoid later issues like ED's, loose skin, vitamin deficiencies, etc. But I am sure you all already know all this so..... LET'S GO! Good luck to all who weigh in!

I'm a little late to the party but watch out! I've got 2 gained pounds to add to my 12-lb goal this go round and I've got my head in the right place to log/exercise daily.

Great to see all the people logging in! Too early to lose steam Let's keep pushing and trying to reach our goals. Also, please add me as a friend if you want to see my day-to-day stuff. I usually can only sign in to the message boards after work, and if I work too late I am tired or busy when I get home and may not sign in.
