Left over Veggie Burger Mix?!

Ok - so my first attempt at Veggie Burgers turned out really tasty - but made a TON!

*** Quick recipe: Mix the following together to your taste and form patties, and then brown up in a bit of Olive Oil- Cooked Whole Grain Brown rice, Cooked Green Lentils, Washed and cooked Black beans, Green Onion, Sweet Green Pepper, Salt and pepper to taste, Cumen, Garlic, Bread Crumbs, and a few eggs to bind together - seriously, it's really however much you want of anything I listed) .

So I made the above and had made 1 cup of brown rice, and 1 cup of green lentils and 1 can of black beans and 1 bell pepper, and 3 green onions - it's a lot. So I made some veggie burgers last night, but If I wanted to, the mix would probably make around 20 patties. That is too much! So wondering if any of you have ideas of how I could use the rest of my mix (it has to be cooked because of the egg), and not have to trash it?

Thanks! :)

What about shaping it into meatballs cooking them then freezing them? Haven't tried it but they sell frozen veggie burgers so I think it would work.
