Hello everyone,
When I started (~03/2014) I weighed 52.2kg and 167cm.
5 months in (23/08/2014) I weigh 56.8.
I've only recently discovered MFP so now I can track my macro's as well.
Aiming for 2200kcal/day this should give me the 1kg/month.

Hey guys here is a quick update on the current situation
I'm currently 10 months in (22/01/2015) and my current weight is 61.8kg.
I'm about 14% BF at the moment.
Going to the gym 2-4/week.
The way I train really improved (thanks to the people at my local gym giving me tips etc..)
Still having a hard time reaching the 2260kcal/day and my macro's.
But that doesn't really matter at the moment as I'm still seeing progress.
Current macro's:- Carbs: 282g
- Proteins: 113g
- Fat: 75g
I will update this again in a couple of months
