    Wednesdays Mini Goals - Jan. 19/15 to Jan. 25/15

    1) Track and Stay in Green (3/7)
    2) Exercise 200 minutes (60/200)
    3) No Snacking after 8pm (0/7)....OOPS...not doing well with this

    Julie's check in for Tuesday & Wednesday

    1) Track and be green! (3/5) - got it!
    2) Daily enhancement of core, legs, arms (1/5) - not as good at doing this.
    3) Special project of the week: to sell or not to sell the house?
    Have been reading lots on the market predictions, and we will get our appraisal tomorrow to better decide.

    It's amazingly busy on this thread - everyone is working hard. Keep it up and lets keep each other accountable!

    2.) No fast foods - none
    3.) No vending machine snacks at work - none
    4.) Sleep 6.5 plus hrs. 5 nights - no

    Wed Check-in:
    1.) 2/7
    2.) 3/7
    3.) 1/4 - off Monday
    4.) 1/5

    2) stay in the green zone daily (1/7)
    3) check-in here daily (4/7)

    I did great until dinnertime... (sound familiar??)

    Results for Thursday PM
    1. Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 5/7
    2. Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 5/5
    3. Sleep - 8 hours 5/7

    Cheers as we continue our progress in the New Year 2015!

    I know right?! We're all off to such a great start to 2015! Oh I so love the motivational sayings... hope no one is getting tired of them. ;) They really boost me up and I do hope they do that for others as well...which is why I post them. xo

    I don't like hearing about this 5 hours sleep deal Miss Molly! :# What's up with that? Do you have insomnia or simply not enough hours in the day? Sleep is so important for all aspects of our health. I know for some it can be challenging fitting it ... hopefully you'll get more hours in tonight. xo o:)

    Report for Monday's goals - so far, I'm on track...though today am teetering!

    1) Track and be green! (1/5)
    2) Daily enhancement of core, legs, arms (1/5)
    3) Special project of the week:
    a) Follow up on fireplace venting - spoke with the cleaner, need to speak with mgmt of our building next (1/3)
    b) talk to real estate agent about selling house - Started the conversation this morning, and we will follow up on Friday to see if it's worth considering (1/2)

    No worries Julie :) I just went ahead and brought your things over when I saw Mollies note. That recipe sounds fabulous, definitely will be trying it :)

    Appreciate you sharing it.

    This week my goals are:

    1. Make healthy food choices with 1 sweet treat or carb treat allowance for the week
    2. Stay within calorie goal 3/7 days
    3. Drink 7-8 glasses of water 5/7 days
    4. Log 6/7 days
    5. Exercise at least 3/7 days [/quote]

    Friday's progress:
    1. Yes- and this was my 1 treat day which I didn't overdo
    2. Not today but so far exceeded goal with 4/3
    3. Yes- 4/5 so far
    4. Yes 4/6 so far
    5. In progress - think ill make this goal by end iof week

    I have til the end of Sunday to achieve my weekly goals, and , while weekends can be a challenge, I am motivated !!!!!

    I feel pretty good about my week.. I kept it fairly simple and that seemed to help me master some of what's been a bit harder for me. My new goals will be similar but with a new one tossed in. ;)


    See you all on the new thread :):) I'll leave a link here when I get it set up...

    I'll go from Sunday to Sat. and which ever works best for you Sun-Sat, or Mon-Sun is fine by me :)

    Yay Hearts on keeping it simple and mastering the tougher ones!

    End of week progress:

    1. Yes Healthy food choices: 6/6
    2. Yes stay within calorie: exceeded 6/3
    3. Yes hydration : exceeded 6/5 days
    4. Yes logging goal: exceeded 6/5
    5. Close exercise goal : 2/3

    Very happy with my week :)

    Thanks, both. I do have insomnia. When I was able to exercise more it left. But my fitbit helps me stay on track
