    Exercised (burned 232 calories doing 40 minutes of Walking), then got grandchildren off to school, then: BREAKFAST (186 Calories): Asparagus Tips, 4 spears; Broccoli 1 oz; Butternut Squash, 0.33g; Seasoned quinoa, tomato & feta cheese, 0.49g; Roasted Garlic Cauliflower, 0.33g; Light Oatmeal Bread, 0.5 slice; Blueberries, Frozen, Unsweetened, Dole, 0.5 cup (70g);

    Going to try and hit the weights later today...might even lift a couple. :)

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes...?? I went to lunch with a friend, and it's always hard to know if you're on track with calories when you can't measure/weigh and the restaurant doesn't list them. But, I estimated the best I could!
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, lots of walking.

    I am going to be offline (and off of my eating plan) for a couple of days as I take a mommy-daughter trip with my girls. :D Have a wonderful end of the week!

    Went back to gym to try some weights - that area was super busy (OK I wasn't upset) - so I did another mile on the treadmill. :)

    Yes, no, and no. The day didn't go how I planned and I didn't make great snack choices like I wanted. Tomorrow will be better.

    Yes to all; Burned 234 calories doing 40 minutes of walking this morning; Going to get some hand weights for home use - but first - BREAKFAST: (144 Calories): Egg Busters, 1/4 cup; Fresh Spinach (1/2 cup cooked); Blueberries Unsweetened, 0.2 cup; Sweet Baby Peppers 0.75 oz; Fat Free American Cheese, 0.5 slice; Hormel Canadian Bacon Thick Slices, 1 slice; Scallion (1 Medium 4-5" Long); Homemade - Cooked Spaghetti Squash No Salt 1 oz; Broccoli 0.5 oz.

    Somehow I failed to report in since the 18th.

    For 1/19, 1/20, and 1/21: Yes, yes, yes. Been a good logging, workout, calories week--in fact, I'm trying to move up to 1650 (and eventually to 1700, as I'm trying to ease into maintenance) and finding I have a huge mental block about it--I've been continuing to stay below 1600.

    22nd yes, yes, and yes. I beginning to see the pattern and how much easier it is to get in the calorie range if you workout. I'm not always good at counting walking and such.

    Added whey isolate protein to my smoothie today and I was full! Weekends can be challenging but I was full so far so good! :)
