Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes...?? I went to lunch with a friend, and it's always hard to know if you're on track with calories when you can't measure/weigh and the restaurant doesn't list them. But, I estimated the best I could!
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, lots of walking.
I am going to be offline (and off of my eating plan) for a couple of days as I take a mommy-daughter trip with my girls. Have a wonderful end of the week!0 -

Somehow I failed to report in since the 18th.
For 1/19, 1/20, and 1/21: Yes, yes, yes. Been a good logging, workout, calories week--in fact, I'm trying to move up to 1650 (and eventually to 1700, as I'm trying to ease into maintenance) and finding I have a huge mental block about it--I've been continuing to stay below 1600.0 -
